Important

This calculator is for standard expatriate-worker service transfers. Domestic-worker transfers are not included because their procedures and fees may differ.

How the fee is calculated

The calculator uses the official government fee schedule for first, second and third service transfers. The employee-transfer service itself is currently listed as free.

First transfer

2,000 SAR

Second transfer

4,000 SAR

Third transfer

6,000 SAR

What about a fourth or later transfer?

The sources used by this calculator clearly list fees for the first, second and third transfers. Hasebio therefore does not automatically assume a fee for a fourth or later transfer without current official confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a service transfer?

The government fee is SAR 2,000 for the first transfer, SAR 4,000 for the second and SAR 6,000 for the third.

Who pays the transfer fee?

Under Article 40 of the Labor Law, the new employer pays the transfer fees, not the worker.

Is the Qiwa transfer request free?

The Qiwa/HRSD transfer service itself is listed as free. The government transfer fee above is separate.

Does this cover domestic workers?

No. Domestic workers follow separate Musaned and Absher procedures.

What about a fourth transfer?

The official fee schedule used here lists the first three transfers. We do not guess a fee for later ones. Check the official service.

Is the transfer fee paid by me or the new employer?

By the new employer (Labor Law Article 40). The worker should not be asked to pay it.
